That’s all I gotta say.  Other than….what’s next Dakota, sub 23 at Hardrock?  It’s certainly looking possible.

For the first time since 2000 (when I had a bulging disc) I decided to bug out of the Ice Age 50 mile next weekend.  It’s not like me to do something like this, but I’m feeling the need to “get my vert on” and start running and hiking uphill, endlessly, till I can’t go up anymore.  I’ve been running on a suspect “inflamed nerve” between my 3rd and 4th toe since last November.
