If there were a 100 mile race at Snowbird, on Speedgoat terrain, would you run it? It would be a 4 lapper, (I know, not very appealing right?)  But think about it, Snowbird offers the highest mountains in the Wasatch Range and 4 laps would be very entertaining.  It wouldn’t be as tough as the Read More

This past weekend lots of stuff happened…. UROC was the “big dance”, the leader got lost and Roes won by default.  I won’t get into my race report on this one, I’ll leave that up to Bryon Powell at Irunfar.  He was there.  I was at the Bear 100 crewing. Mike Morton, a legend in Read More

September 20 2011, 7:10 am

This year marks the “innaugural” UROC 100k “race of champions”.  It should be a decent race up front, hopefully the race will go off without any snags, wrong turns, horrible weather, or anything else that can happen.  The race has previously existed as the GEER 100k, but with limited entrants.  The course is now different, so Read More
